Overview
RHEOLYX 2020 is the grade to reach for first. It sits deliberately between the efficiency of the U-series and the familiar behaviour of the 9-series, giving formulators a single polymer that covers most aqueous thickening work without re-learning a process.
It builds clear, short-flow gels at conventional use levels, tolerates moderate electrolyte load, and neutralises predictably with both inorganic and organic bases.
Where a lab runs many projects across gels, emulsions and suspensions, 2020 reduces the number of rheology modifiers held in inventory.
